VROBI Full Dye Sublimation is a process by which specialty dyes are transferred to 100% High Quality Polyester fabrics using heat and pressure. During the application process, the dyes become a gas and absorbed into the Jersey or Pants and become part of the fabric. This results in a highly durable graphic that doesn't easily fade or wear like traditional graphic applications. Sublimation also allows for full customization all over the Jersey or Pants. Chest logos, name and number, flags, sleeve logos, camo etc. are all included as you wish with no extra charges. Additionally Full Dye Sublimation results in a lighter weight uniform that is more comfortable to wear.
All of VROBI’s Jerseys, Pants, Hoodies, Cage Jackets and other Team Gear items utilize Sublimation. The Fabrics have been developed with USA Mills with durability, feel and sublimation in mind. There is no limitation on colors. VROBI has standard Team Colors that work for large majority of teams. However if you have an uncommon color for your team or organization we can match any color that you want including Neon Colors.
