The 3-Day Risk-Free Window:

  • How it works: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to try your shoes on indoors to test the fit and comfort.
  • Free Shipping: If the fit isn't right, email customer service at customerservice@vrobisports.com within this 3-day window. We will send you a complimentary prepaid return shipping label.
  • Condition: To qualify for a full, risk-free refund or exchange, footwear must be in brand-new, pristine condition. They must be completely unworn outdoors and packed in their original, undamaged packaging.

Returns after 3 Days:

We understand life gets busy. If you miss the initial 3-day window, you can still return your footwear within 30 days of purcahse, subject to the following guidelines:

  • Authorization: All returns after 3 days require a formal Return Authorization (RA) from our customer service team. Email customer service at customerservice@vrobisports.com within 30 days of purchase. Unscheduled returns cannot be accepted.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns initiated after the 3-day window will be subject to a standard restocking fee to cover processing and shipping costs.
  • Condition: To qualify for a refund minus a restocking fee footwear must be in brand-new, pristine condition. They must be completely unworn outdoors and packed in their original, undamaged packaging. Exchanges after the 3 day risk-free window and up to 30 days will be processed as a return and new purchase. Customer service will provide all details at time of RA request.

If footwear shows any signs of wear it will be rejected by our returns department and will be shipped back to customer at customers expense.
